The French Company Presence Mystery Shopping have done mystery shopping all over the world and Strøget in Copenhagen is #13 on their top 20 list. The point scale goes from 0 – 100 and points are given for the shop itself, the staff and the service you get in the shops. The total score for Strøget in Copenhagen was 75 points.
