Yes, a month has passed since the last newsletter and here we are again.

What a month, the air space in Europe had the greatest disruption of commercial flight in history due to the volcanic ash from Eyjafjallajokul on Iceland, good it is all over, or is it? Only time will tell.

Apparently this is not the last thing we have heard about the Icelandic ash.
Sofus Gustavsson from Iceland has now put the ash up for sale at http://Nammi.is it seems that many would like to own an actual piece of recent history.

A jar of 160g of Icelandic Volcano ash is sold for 3.900 Icelandic kroner (about $20.00) and shipped all over the world.
The money goes to the origination ICE-SAR, who is responsible together with the Icelandic police for the extensive cleaning up after the eruption on Iceland.

To all MUMS out there, HAPPY MOTHERS DAY this Sunday, maybe a jar of Icelandic ash is a gift idea for the mum that have everything.

The world’s longest catwalk will be lined up in Copenhagen during the fashion week this summer.
From Copenhagen Town Square (Raadhuspladsen) to The Kings New Square ( Kongens Nytorv) , the longest shopping mall in the world (1.3Km) will be converted into a catwalk and they estimate that between 200 and 250 models will anticipate, we will keep you up to date when we get more information.

The Little Mermaid is still not to be seen at its spot in Copenhagen for the rest of the year. She has been send to China for 8 months for the World EXPO 2010 and will not be back before the end of the year.
