Vanilje kranse Recipe.

This recipe will give you about 85 delicious cookies.

500 g Flour

250 g Sugar

375 g  Butter

1 Egg

1/4 teaspoon Bi-cab-soda

Vanilla

Method:

Make sure that the butter is soft, leave it at room temperature until it is soft or heat it in the microwave, but do not melt the butter.

Mix all ingredients together in an electric mixer, mix for about 4 min with the beater on slow to medium speed.

Put mixture in a pipping bag with a size 10 nozzle and pipe out on a lightly floured kitchen bench in a straight line 40 – 50cm long. I recommend using a good quality pipping bag as it can be a bit hard to pipe out.

Cut into 9-10cm long pieces and make them into circles and put onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or a silicone baking mat, keep in mind that the cookies will run out a little during baking.
